Returns and Exchanges
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, all sales are final.
Danix Shop does not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds once an order has been processed and delivered.
Hair products are personal use items and cannot be resold after handling. For this reason, we maintain a strict no return and no exchange policy.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, you must contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos and proof of the issue.
After review, we may offer a replacement at our discretion.
Danix Shop reserves the right to refuse claims that do not meet these requirements.

If you are selling internationally, especially to Ethiopia or other countries, you must clearly show this policy before checkout to avoid payment disputes.
